Our governance structure consists of two entities: Exchange for Change (NSW) Pty Ltd and Exchange for Change (ACT) Pty Ltd.
Each entity has its own Board of Directors which includes directors appointed by each of our shareholders (Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd, Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, Coopers Brewery Limited, CUB Pty Ltd and Lion Pty Ltd). We also have two Independent Directors within our Board's structure.
Chief Executive Officer
Danielle is driven by her passion for improving people’s lives. An experienced leader, she joined EfC in 2020 with a strong commitment to delivering environmental, social and economic benefits through the NSW and ACT schemes. Danielle previously led high-performing teams at organisations such as the Greater Sydney Commission, Sydney Metro and Sydney Water
Chief Finance and Commercial Officer
Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership to EfC. He previously held senior roles in listed and unlisted organisations and has a strong background in the NSW public sector. A Certified Practising Accountant, Peter is a graduate of Western Sydney University and has completed the Senior Executive Programme at the prestigious London Business School.
Chief Risk and Audit Officer
For more than 20 years, Faiza has worked in various roles at private and public sector organisations, specialising in audit, risk and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a chartered accountant and certified information systems auditor.
Executive Director Marketing, Communications and Engagement
Shirani loves working for organisations that connect with communities and bring about positive behaviour change. Over the last 20 years, she has held communication, media and engagement positions at all levels of government, with a focus on the arts and sustainability. She currently leads a team of communication, engagement and marketing specialists at Exchange for Change, focused on making behaviour change a reality.
