Obligations

What are your obligations?

As a participating exporter, you must meet all obligations set out in the relevant export protocol and summarised in the table below.

Your obligations as an exporter include:

Export Arrangement	You must enter into an Export Arrangement by: Reading the Container Export Protocol Completing the registration form Signing an Exporter Deed Poll
Claim a Rebate	You must submit your claim via our portal by the 15th day of each month for the previous two months.
Annual Declaration	You must submit an annual Exporter Statutory Declaration via email within 40 business days from the end of the financial year. The form must be signed and witnessed.
