Exiting the scheme

Suspend your account

If you are temporarily not supplying eligible beverage containers into NSW and/or ACT, you can request to temporarily suspend your account and re-activate once you have definite plans to resume supplying. To request suspension, you will need to:

  • make sure ALL your monthly reporting and invoices are up to date. If there is no supply for any particular month, please enter “0”
  • Email us a letter signed by the company director or authorised primary contact person requesting to suspend your account. Your letter must state your last month and year of supply in NSW or ACT. Email your letter to [email protected].

    Suspended accounts are not required to submit monthly reports until they recommence supplying.

    Exiting the scheme

    If you have stopped supplying eligible beverage containers into NSW and/or ACT and you wish to exit the scheme/s, you will need to:

    • make sure ALL your monthly reporting and invoices are up to date. If there is no supply for any particular month, please enter “0”.
    • email us a letter signed by the company director or authorised primary contact person declaring your intention to exit the CDS scheme. Your letter must state the final month and year of supply in NSW or ACT. Email your letter to [email protected] and copy [email protected].
